Meet the Owner Nate Lavallee

Nate, the owner of FlexABLE Assisted Stretching, is in long-term recovery. Over the past seven years, he has faced and overcome many of the challenges common in recovery — developing healthy coping skills, confronting his past, including a criminal record and its consequences, rebuilding relationships, and finding a meaningful, sustainable career path.

There was a time when Nate felt hopeless, believing his future was limited to prison, an early death, or simply going through the motions of life. But by consistently stepping outside his comfort zone and taking action, he was able to create a completely different path.

Physical fitness has been a major part of his journey, and today, he is passionate about sharing that same path of growth, accountability, and transformation with other men in recovery.
