Momentum Recovery

Sober Living for Men

At Momentum Recovery, we believe in a balanced approach—combining traditional 12-step principles with the power of physical fitness.

We focus on what truly matters —physical well being, rebuilding relationships, strengthening financial independence, developing careers, and, most importantly, building the coping skills needed to step outside of comfort zones and create a meaningful, fulfilling life.

What sets Momentum Apart?

At Momentum Recovery, we place a strong emphasis on the physical side of recovery. Residents have access to personal training through our sister company, FlexABLE Assisted Stretching, along with gym memberships and consistent accountability.

We also incorporate group fitness activities such as hiking and recreational sports, giving residents a positive outlet while helping them feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies.

Physical Well Being

As humans we like to feel good! So physical fitness gives us a healthy outlet and a really healthy coping skill when life gets hard.

Spiritual Well Being

As people in recovery - a relationship with a higher power is essential. Through the 12 steps and other spiritual work is how we get there.

Career Opportunities

As people in recovery - We can have limited belief in ourselves and career options. Moving forward can be challenging but we’re not victims and there is always a path.

Building Relationships

It’s no surprise that we may have burned some bridges, temporarily ruined relationships, and even burnt our life completely to the ground. Recovery is about getting those things back and cleaning up the past.

A Different Approach to Recovery

Momentum Recovery is a 12-step based sober living environment designed to help men build real, lasting momentum in their recovery.

Through consistent routines and healthy habits, men begin to show up for themselves daily. That consistency builds discipline, pushes them out of their comfort zones, and creates real growth—not just in recovery, but in every area of life.

Movement Is Medicine

As humans, we’re wired to want to feel good. In the past, many of us chased that feeling through drugs, alcohol, gambling, or other unhealthy outlets. At Momentum, we help men replace those patterns with positive, sustainable coping strategies rooted in fitness, spirituality, and self-care.

By providing a healthy outlet, we increase the likelihood of long-term recovery while building a level of discipline and structure that many never had before. This isn’t just about staying sober—it’s about creating a life that feels worth living.
